Get it working

One recurring headache. One working solution.

A focused AI or automation implementation, tested with your team and handed over clearly.

THE RIGHT FIT

You know which repeatable task is slowing the team down and have someone who can help test it.

Typical delivery: 2–3 weeks after access and scope are agreed.

WHAT YOU GET
  • One defined workflow across up to 2 existing tools
  • An AI drafting, sorting, or extraction step where useful
  • Testing with representative examples and a human review path
  • Setup documentation, a handoff session, and 14 days of bug fixes

The $3,500 starting scope excludes migrations, custom portals, regulated decisions, and third-party subscriptions. Complex integrations receive a separate quote.

Scope, responsibilities, price, and timing are confirmed in writing before paid work. Third-party fees are paid through your own accounts.

HOW THE WORK HAPPENS

One process.
Done properly.

Define it. Build it. Put it to use.

01

Find the friction

Look at a real example. Define the work, the owner, and what a better result means.

02

Build the useful part

Use your existing tools where possible. Test an ordinary case, an awkward case, and a failure.

03

Make it yours

Review the result together. Get the documentation and training to use it with confidence.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Still wondering about your situation?
Tell us about it →

Can we go straight to implementation?

Yes. If you have a defined process, access to the tools, and a clear idea of a successful result, request a Sprint directly. A Blueprint is optional. Its $450 fee is credited toward one Sprint booked within 30 days of plan delivery.

Will AI send things to customers on its own?

The first version should normally prepare work for a person to review. Any automatic customer-facing action needs an agreed rule, test cases, and a way to catch failures. The implementation scope defines those controls before launch.

Do we own the setup?

Your business owns its tool accounts and receives the agreed workflow configuration and documentation. Third-party platforms retain their own license terms. Access, ownership, and any reusable components are spelled out in the proposal.

What happens after an inquiry?

You receive an email reply about fit and any missing details, with a target of 2 business days. If there is a useful project, the next step is a short scope conversation and a written proposal. Sending the form does not book a session or commit you to a payment.
