Inquiries
When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email, business, message, selected service, budget, timing, and optional tools are sent through FormSubmit and delivered to the CCAIHelp mailbox. The page URL is included without its query string. The form is used to respond, qualify your request, and discuss a possible engagement. It does not add you to a marketing list.
The site recognizes one existing launch campaign only: LinkedIn / organic_social / workflow_review_launch / owner_post_01. Those four campaign fields are included only when the complete exact combination appears in the URL. Arbitrary query parameters are not forwarded.
Free tools
The calculator, prioritizer, worksheet, prompt kit, and starting-point finder run in your browser. Their entries are not sent to an AI service or saved by CCAIHelp. Copy or download anything you want to keep before leaving. The finder can add a brief to your inquiry, but it is sent only when you submit the form.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process request information for delivery and security. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic and performance measurement. CCAIHelp does not set advertising cookies or use a cross-site advertising tracker. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Retention and requests
Inquiry emails remain in the business mailbox while relevant to your request and ordinary business recordkeeping. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or customer records. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, email connor@ccaihelp.com. Necessary contractual or legal records may need to be retained.
