The business need
Running a service business means getting customers set up, giving the team the right information, and keeping track of work as it moves along.
At rokrbox, my role covers the software behind those jobs and the people using it. A tool has to fit the way they work, and someone needs to help when it doesn’t.
Illustration of the process.
What I delivered
- Customer-facing tools for portals and onboarding.
- Tools for the team covering billing, reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Customer setup that connects the software to each client’s requirements.
- Training and ongoing help so people can get started, ask questions, and resolve problems.
I work directly with customers to understand what they need, turn that into a practical build, and help them use it.
Beyond the build
My responsibility continues after the software launches. I handle setup questions, troubleshoot problems, and make improvements as people use the tools.
That experience is why training and handoff are part of the project when you work with me. Your team needs to know how the system works and what to do if something needs attention.
A similar project for your business
If getting a new customer started means repeating the same emails, collecting the same details, and chasing people for updates, we can make that process easier to manage.
That might be a customer form, a shared view of unfinished work, or an automatic report. We’ll choose the smallest useful improvement and include the setup and training your team needs.
This project is from my role at rokrbox. CCAiHelp is my independent consulting practice.
