The business need
A sales call contains information the team needs after it ends: what the customer wants, what was discussed, and what should happen next.
Managers also need a way to review conversations and coach the team. I built a process that makes those recordings useful for both jobs.
Illustration of the process.
What I built
- Written call records. Recorded conversations become transcripts the team can read and refer back to.
- Customer notes. Useful details are prepared for the CRM—the system the team uses to manage customer relationships.
- Coaching material. AI reviews calls against defined criteria and prepares analysis for the people coaching the team.
- A way to improve the output. I check examples against the original calls and use feedback to refine the process.
My sales background helped me decide what information would be useful to the person following up, rather than treating every conversation as just another recording.
The work in use
Completed call transcriptions, alongside 7,300+ AI analyses.
The system produces material for customer records and sales coaching from the same conversations.
Processing totals as of September 7, 2026. These figures describe volume, not measured sales improvement or AI accuracy.
A similar project for your business
If your team finishes a call and then has to write up the same details in several places, that’s a process we can look at.
We’ll start with an example, agree on the information you need, and test the result before putting it into regular use. Your team stays involved in reviewing the details that matter.
